School Nurse, Michelle Caron
I have been a registered nurse with almost two decades of experience in cardiac, emergency medicine and school nursing. I live here in St. Ansgar with my husband and we are blessed with five children and six grandchildren. All our children attended Saint Ansgar schools and now our grandchildren are attending. It is an honor to serve the next generation.
I love working with students of all ages. My goal is to keep the students safe and healthy in school to promote their highest level of learning.

Student Health and Illness Policy (Needed only for new students coming into the district including Pre-K and K students, or if your student had a change in medical status from the previous school year.)
Dental Requirement (ALL Kindergarten & 9th Grade Students)
Medication Permission Form (Please fill out if you would like a medication given to your child at school.)
